Getting ready to transition over to the haslett high school

Hey everybody,
Today, Thursday, March 17th, 2011 was CRAZY!! All of the 8th grade student schedule's were all mixed up. Here was my schedule for today:

1st hr Lanauge arts with Mr. Newcombe- only 20 minutes
2nd hr Biolgy (Science) with Mrs. Pringle- only 20 minutes
5th hr US History (Social Studies) with Mr. Brunnschweiler- only 20 minutes
6th hr usually I go over to the high school because I am in advanced Reading Stragies (Comprehision skills) with Mrs. Neros- full 1hour until 2:23 p.m but today stayed over at the middle school with my special ed math teacher Mrs. Reighard due to by the time I walk over to the high school we will be ready to eat lunch & then depart for our 8th grade field trip to the Wharton Center at Michigan State Unversity, we departed the middle school at 12:45 p.m 12:50 p.m that afternoon.

3rd hr Special ED Math with Mrs. Reighard- full 1 hour (I work at my school in the cafeteria as the Al Carte lunch room assitant). (IT'S PRETTY FUN ACTULLY!!)

At the Wharton Center at Michigan State Unversity we saw 1 other public school there, Grand Ledge Public School's in Grand Ledge MI. We watched a play called "A Boy With Autsim". I thought it was pretty interesting to see what those kids could do even though they had some disabilites in particpating in school events and talking to their friends or just trying to make friends. I know that can be difficult for everybody, even if they don't have a disabilites, everybody is special!
I know a couple of kids who have Autsim who use to be at our school, Haslett Middle School, but they were 8th graders last year and now are at Haslett High School.

I thought that this week went by very fast! It's been very WARM up here in MI, and I hope it will stay like this for the weekend that is coming up very soon! Please contiue to post your comments on my blog! I will try my best to contiue to write more on my blog this weekend (Saturday, March

Just a quick note, I will be adding our local weather for (Haslett MI) so you can keep up to date with the Longabaugh's local weather where we live in Haslett MI 48840, I should be adding that page onto my blog sometime soon, I will be working on that mini project starting on Saturday, March 19th. Then moving the link that was added to the new page to the page on my blog called LINKS.
